Digital products
Points and related benefits are digital goods delivered after successful payment. Some packages may have purchase limits per member. Pricing is shown in AED unless stated otherwise.
Payment & delivery
Payments are processed securely through N-Genius Online. Once payment is confirmed, points are credited to your account. On-chain rewards, if enabled, may take additional time depending on network conditions.
Refunds & general
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we confirm a technical error on our side. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse. These terms are governed by applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates.
